Choose a date for when
you would like to have the Game Show. |

Now you can customize your pledge
sheets and flyers. These are on the disc provided
by Im4Fundraising or can be emailed. (If you need
assistance with adding your groups name and or logo,
you can email us the information and we will do
it for you). |

The next step is to have an assembly
with the participants or just distribute the pledge
sheets (via the classroom teachers) to all of the
students that are going to participate. |

The participants have a maximum of
two weeks (or whatever you decide on) to get sponsors
and turn in the pledge cards on the day or night
of the Game Show. (This can also be done one or
two days before the Game Show). |

The questions for the Game Show can
be coordinated for school age students. This is
done by and with your teachers and Im4Fundraising.
We will take care of how to put together all of
the questions that are given by the school. If not
we have questions from a variety of categories for
the show. |

All pledge sheets are done prior
to the Game Show, you can add up all of the sponsors
and the collected amounts. |

At the end of the show or in advance
all of the pledge / sponsor sheets are tallied,
we will have our winners of highest sponsor, money
winner, class winners, etc. |

Finally for the best part, your organization
will keep their % of the monies raised. |

A check made out to “Im4Fundraising”
will need to be ready on the day or night of the
event for the amount due. (See grid and or contract.) |
